I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises

The Place for the Unrepresented, the Poor and the Indigent “Citizens of the United States of America” [in layman’s terms, somebody who has the “Right” [in layman’s terms, a justified claim or entitlement, or the “freedom” (in layman’s terms, the “power” (in layman’s terms, the ability, strength, and capacity to do something) to act, speak, think, and live, as one “wants” (in layman’s terms, to feel a need or desire for something) without “hindrance” (in layman’s terms, somebody or something that prevents or makes it difficult for somebody to do something) or “restraint” (in layman’s terms, an act or the quality of holding back, limiting, or controlling something) to do,or not do something) to act, speak, think, and live, as one “wants” (in layman’s terms, to desire to do, or not, something or that something be, or not be done), without being “constrained” (in layman’s terms, lacking naturalness or spontaneity because of self-consciousness, reserve, or inhibiting circumstances) by “necessity” (in layman’s terms, circumstances that create a need or an obligation) or “force”(in layman’s terms, somebody or something that has great power or influence, especially in a particular field), to “live” (in layman’s terms, to make your home in a particular place or condition or with a particular person) in “the United States of America”, to include, but not limited to, “the Federal District” (Washington, D.C., the capital city of the United States), “Five Major Territories” (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and “various Minor Islands” (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, and Wake Island) and one in the Caribbean Sea (Navassa Island), because he or she was born there or has been legally accepted as a permanent resident), and to “reside” (in layman’s terms, to have a home in a particular place) in their “individual State or Territory of the United States of America”], to come to get “authoritative” [in other words, backed by an established and accepted authority] and “accurate” [in other words, giving a correct or truthful representation of something] INFORMATION on how to CHALLENGE the ATTACKS on “Human Rights” [in layman’s terms, the “inalienable or unalienable right” (in layman's terms, a “right” (in layman’s terms, a justified claim or entitlement, or the “freedom” (in layman’s terms, a state in which somebody is able to act, speak, think, and live, as he or she “wants” (in layman’s terms, to feel a need or desire to do, or not do, something), without being subject to any undue “hindrance” (in layman’s terms, somebody or something that prevents or makes it difficult for somebody to do something) or “restraint” (in layman’s terms, an act or the quality of holding back, limiting, or controlling something) or “restrictions” (in layman’s terms, a restricting of something, or the condition of being restricted)), that cannot be taken away, denied, or transferred to another person) that are considered by most societies to belong automatically to everyone, e.g. the rights to freedom, justice, and equality] and “Civil Liberties” [in layman’s terms, the “Natural (God-Given) Right” (in layman's terms, “inalienable or unalienable right” (in layman's terms, a “right” (in layman’s terms, a justified claim or entitlement, or the “freedom” (in layman’s terms, a state in which somebody is able to act, speak, think, and live, as he or she “wants” (in layman’s terms, to feel a need or desire to do, or not do, something), without being subject to any undue “hindrance” (in layman’s terms, somebody or something that prevents or makes it difficult for somebody to do something) or “restraint” (in layman’s terms, an act or the quality of holding back, limiting, or controlling something) or “restrictions” (in layman’s terms, a restricting of something, or the condition of being restricted)), that cannot be taken away, denied, or transferred to another person) that are God-given and can never be taken or even given away. Among these Fundamental Natural Rights, are the Right to: Free from Self-Determination; Liberty; Due Process of Law; Freedom of Movement; Privacy; Freedom of Thought; Freedom of Religion; Freedom of Expression; Peaceful Assembly; Freedom of Association)], whether, in their Homes, out on Public Streets, or in City/County Jails or State Prisons.

PLEDGE CARD

In consideration of my devotion to I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises, and having read Its Member's Declaration, I, _______________________________________ of _______________________, Pledge to pay I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises, the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month, for the next: ___________ months, starting: _________________________ and ending ________________, to be expended by I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises for the establishing and maintaining of its offices.

Upon making this Pledge, I understand that if I am one of the first ten thousand (10,000) persons to make this Pledge that my name will be entered into the Grand Opening Raffle for a chance to win Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00) First Prize, Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000.00) Second Prize, or Two Thousand - Five Dollar ($2,500.00) Third Prize (subject to taxation specific to such winnings, if any).

I also understand that by initialing this line ___________ I have agreed to become an Active Member of I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises, thus initialed here freely, without any promises, force, intimidation, or coercion, of any kind. Thus, declare that I am 18 years of age or older, I am a Registered Voter, I am not Wealthy Person [in other words, do not have a large amount of money or possessions, and/or do not enjoying an abundance or great quantity of something], I am not a Corporate Person [in other words, do not own a business entity that legally exists separately from its owner(s) and/or am not somebody who owns one or more shares of a company's stock], I am not a Lawyer [in other words, not a person who Licensed to practices law, as a Barrister, Attorney, Counselor or Solicitor, and/or am not somebody that has a license which requires me to get involved in the practical application of abstract legal theories and knowledge to solve specific individualized problems, or to advance the interests of those who hire lawyers to perform legal services], nor have I been disbarred for being such person, I am not a Government Official [ in other words, An official is someone who holds an office (function or mandate, regardless whether it carries an actual working space with it) in an organization or government and participates in the exercise of authority (either his own or that of his superior and/or employer, public or legally private), and/or an official who is involved in public administration or government, through either election, appointment, selection, or employment], nor am I a confidential Informant (CI), officers, agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, or person who is in active concert or participation with anyone aforementioned. I also understand that if I am found to be such person, I will be disqualified from being an Active and Nonactive Member of I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises, and all Pledges received will be returned forthwith.

I that I will pay this subscription during the stated months in equal installments of twenty dollars ($25.00). I also understand that I can cancel at anytime, even if within the starting and ending Months I pledged to pay, but once a Pledge for the installment month, has been received by I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises, it is not refundable. I also understand that although I cancel my subscription as a Pledging Member, I will still be a nonactive member until I ask to be removed as a nonactive member.

I also understand that becoming an Active Member of I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises does not grant me any Partnership Status. I know Leonard B. Harmon is the Sole Proprietor of I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises, thus, it is owned and run by one natural person, in which there is no legal distinction between the owner and the business. Leonard B. Harmon, The owner is in direct control of all elements of I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises and he is not accountable to any Member, Trustee, Officer, or any other Private Person, in regards to legal accountable for the Finances of I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises and this include Personal Withdrawals, Debts, Loans, Loss, etc.

I also understand that Leonard B. Harmon is the Sole Proprietor of I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises, is not a Licensed Attorney, thus the services he renders is based upon him providing accurate and authoritative information concerning the subject matter covered. I also understand that as the owner, Leonard B. Harmon receives all profits (subject to taxation specific to the business) and has unlimited responsibility for all losses and debts. Every asset of the business is owned by him and he is responsible to all debts of the business.

My first monthly installment for the month of $25.00 is enclosed with this Pledge with the understanding that no part of any net earnings of I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises shall “inure” [in other words, to come into legal operation or effect] to the benefit of, or be distributable to, its members, trustees, officers, employees, or any other private persons, except that I.M.G. (I aM of God) Enterprises shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered [based upon a Written Contractual Agreement, no Oral agreements will be made or accepted] and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes set forth in Paragraph 3, of the Articles of Association.
